Namoshkar friends! (Hello!)
I have returned from Bangladesh, laden with photos, memories and reflections. I thought I would post a quick photo. This is a Jackfruit (in Bangla, katal) and it is the national fruit of Bangladesh.
The Jackfruit is an acquired taste, with a unique texture, powerful taste and pungent smell. It is a very large fruit and popularly is only eaten in small amounts by foreigners.
