This guy and a friend were merrily chowing down on the Jacaranda seed pods, cracking into them before absent mindedly tossing away the depleted husks.
Couldn’t resist getting a few shots. For now, back to study…

    It’s jackaranda-o-clock for this cockatoo…his face looks about the same as Lorien’s when she’s got the ol’ fruit-and-nut chocolate block out.
