Reflecting Pool

Ok, it’s not very well composed, but I like the effect of this shot. Basically on our back deck there’s this big wooden table with a spot that pools water on top. I was mucking around, trying to get water droplets when I looked at the reflection and, with aperture set to 1.8, focussed not on the water but the reflection. This hasn’t been edited at all aside from making it black and white.
It’s like a window….

    It took me two views to actually get what this photo was! It’s amazing…the clarity in the middle contrasted with muddiness of the rest. Told you rain could be cool!
